I was recently admitted to UCLA but I was slightly unclear about the conditions of my offer, so I was hoping someone could please give me some insight. The admissions contract states that I should perform "at a similar standard" to the predicted grades reported on my application. Now, they also give a benchmark that I shouldn't fall below. So I'm personally taking A-level and my predicted grades are A*AA and they said I should perform at a similar standard to this but that A-level students should absolutely not fall below a B in any subject.

So, my question is: Do I absolutely have to attain my predicted grades or do I have a bit of leeway? For instance, would my offer be revoked if I got AAA or AAB rather than my predicted? Thanks so much!
It really depends on the school. It is rare to get your offer rescinded for falling below your expected level. Usually the offer may get rescinded if you perform significantly worse than your current level without any explanation. Any small variations from your expected grade shouldn’t impact your application. Having said that it is better to be on a safe side - you can always contact admission office to confirm this.
