I proposed to start a club at my school which is an all girls school but they won't allow me to..any ideas on persuasive techniques or what i should do next? I am really dedicated to women empowerment and that is what the club is based around. Not sure if this is a proper question for here but I am really desperate to find out what to do.

Did you find out the reason why it was rejected? Are there any similar clubs in your school already? One of the reasons could be that the school didn't find a teacher who has time to supervise the club. There are various approval processes in public and private schools but generally there is a committee / board that needs to approve the club and find funding for an adult supervisor. This is a great theme for a club and we would be happy for you to start it on RoundPier - there are some great young women already chairing science, technology and entrepreneurship groups here (see www.roundpier.com/groups ) - perhaps this could help convince your school. You can make it local by bringing friends from school and community to participate in various discussions or global and see who else here is interested in this. You should also point out to your school there are a number of great programs in the US and globally like Technovation, BUILTBYGIRLS etc that empower young women and perhaps this should be the focus of your club ie finding more opportunities to empower girls in your schools.
