Your profile looks great and you definitely need to apply but we don't speculate on chances of getting into a particular school here. If you an international student a lot will depend on whether or not you need financial aid etc (Harvard, for example is more likely to provide financial aid for international students). Regarding your scores, they are likely to be slightly below average for these schools but your extracurriculars are outstanding and you should definitely look at a number of other schools that value these.
